Stick-Thin Nicole Kidman Steps Out For A Pre-Oscars Party

As Nicole Kidman prepares to sweep up another Oscar award tonight, the actress recently revealed this time of the year left a bitter taste in her mouth — because of her ex-husband, Tom Cruise!
The scary skinny 49-year-old actress was spotted attending a pre-Oscar Awards dinner hosted at Madeo Restaurant in West Hollywood on Feb. 25.
Her appearance comes right the heels of an emotional interview with The Sun, where she admitted that winning her Oscar back in 2002 "was one of the loneliness nights of my life as I didn't have anyone special to share it with at that stage in my life."
Kidman had just divorced Cruise after 11 years of marriage, and her solo walk on the red carpet proved to be too much.
"And I was like, 'Wow, this means I need to get my act together and I want to fall in love.'" she told the publication. "So it was weird how that win symbolized loneliness for me."
"It was a turning point, but not in terms of my life as an actor, in terms of just my life and the space I was in and the connections I wanted to make with people," she added.
However, as RadarOnline.com readers know, despite her finding love again with country crooner Keith Urban, their 11-year marriage has lately been looking doomed, too.
Between Kidman walking red carpets by herself again and the couple having frosty behavior with each other in public, the frail star may be gearing up for another major heartbreak.
