Tom Cruise was spotted side-by-side with his young assistant Emily and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of the couple on the set of his new film Mena.

Cruise was spotted on set filming his new movie, Mena, in Jasper, Georgia on June 4 2015 with his young assistant Emily.

In between takes Emily was constantly by his side.

Cruise, 52, and Katie Holmes, 36, divorced in 2012 and they have one child, daughter Suri Cruise, together.

He has had a crush on Emily for over a year, according to an Us Weekly report in 2014. "He's always flirting with her," the magazine claimed.

Cruise has also been seen flirting with his Mena co-star, Sarah Wright, flashing his toothy grin as he smiled at the actress.

"He's already asked Emily to go out to dinner with him, on a date, when they're done shooting," Us Weekly reported about the pair back in 2014.

The famous Scientologist reportedly was flirting with Emily on the set of Mission: Impossible 5 too, but his rep denied that they're anything more than friends.

Cruise has been married and divorced three times, but he has not had a significant girlfriend since Holmes.

Emily was snapped on the set with her chummy boss Cruise.
