This Monday, February 5, the Patriots quarterback was seen flying home to Boston with supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen, their two kids and close family. Patriots star Tom Brady, 40, broke down in tears after his Super Bowl loss this Sunday – but it didn't take long for him to pull himself back up and pamper himself with a VIP trip home!
This Monday, the hunky athlete was spotted taking a private jet with stunning wife Gisele Bundchen, 37, and their two kids: Benjamin, 8, and Vivian, 5.
The happy family was joined by Brady's trainer, Alex Guerrero, as well as Brady's sister Nancy, and her husband.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bundchen shared a bittersweet photo of her husband crying in her arms after his heartbreaking Super Bowl loss.
"Congratulations Patriots for giving your best and to my love, we are incredibly proud of you because we are able to see every day all the commitment, sacrifice and hard work that you have devoted to become the best in what you do," she captioned the snap.
"We love you!" she added.
Before the Patriots' loss, Bundchen had posted a serious of photos in support of her husband. She even wore matching jerseys featuring his iconic #12, with family and friends.
