Chrisley Knows Best star Todd Chrisley’s teen daughter Savannah definitely knows best about plastic surgery! According to three of the nation’s leading cosmetic surgeons, the 19-year-old has had some nip-tuck procedures, including rhinoplasty, fillers and more! Click through 7 shocking photos as RadarOnline.com exclusively reveals what work she’s had done!
“It appears the contour of her nose is more refined,” says NYC’s Triple Board Certified plastic surgeon, Adam Schaffner, M.D., F.A.C.S.
“She may have undergone rhinoplasty, and used injectable filler materials to help improve the appearance of her nose,” Dr. Schaffner – who has not treated Chrisley, added.
“She appears to have had a rhinoplasty. Her nose is straighter and more narrow,” agreed Dr. Matthew Schulman, NYC Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon who has also not worked on Chrisley.

But that’s not all! According to Dr. Schulman, the girlfriend of NBA star Luke Kennard, 21, has also added fillers to her face. “Her lips look more plump, likely from injectable fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm,” he told Radar.
America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, agreed with his colleagues. Although he, too, has not worked on Chrisley personally, he said, “It appears that she's had her nose thinned by a rhinoplasty. Her nose looks more narrow and tip is less round, more defined than it used to be. I suspect that she's gone under the knife to give her a more sleek, elegant-appearing nose!
“I also suspect that she may have had some conservative injections of filler into her lips. It doesn't look like a lot, but enough to make a difference,” Dr. Youn concluded.
