Death Threat: RadarOnline.com recently unearthed a shocking police report that said was once his dad . The document stated that on July 28, 2013, Kyle’s girlfriend Alexus Whilby (now his wife) called cops to their Smyrna, Georgia, home and Kyle told the responding officer “he had smoked ‘crack’ the night before.” Todd soon arrived, the report claimed, because he had ordered Kyle to wear an ankle monitor which his son had torn off. When he saw his dad, the officer stated, Kyle said, “I’ll kill you motherf*cker!” Cops transported Kyle to a hospital, where he was detained “without incident” for “severe bipolar disorder complicated by marijuana use.” There was no further legal action.

Stolen Child?: Todd’s troubled son Kyle alleged that that his dad had “stolen” his daughter Chloe, born to Kyle’s former girlfriend, Angela Johnson. But in an exclusive interview, Johnson told RadarOnline.com that Todd and his wife Julie had helped her with Chloe when Kyle “would not do it. If it wasn’t for Todd, me and Kyle and Chloe would have been on the side of the interstate! Kyle is the kind of person who will say anything, and people believe it.”

Closet Case?: According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Todd was sued for sexual harassment by three former employees of his company, Chrisley Asset Management, in January 2010— and . The group claimed in the suit that Todd regularly “commented on the size of his penis, invited male employees to ‘jerk off’ with him in the restroom, inappropriately touched employees, and routinely made sexual gestures toward his subordinates.”

Among the highlights? , “When a new employee at Chrisley Asset Management was being introduced to other employees, Mr. Chrisley stated that she ‘prostitutes on the weekends.’ Mr. Chrisley also asked the new employee…‘Are your tits real?’ Unfortunately the new employee is a breast cancer survivor and had undergone a double mastectomy.” The case was later dismissed.

Yep, He’s Gay?: Todd’s campy behavior has raised eyebrows, and Kyle told Life & Style that he thinks . “All the people he calls his best friends in the world…they’re gay,” he said about the businessman father. “I used to work with him at Chrisley Asset Management. If one of the asset managers was going to take a piss, he would say, ‘You want me to come hold it for you?’” In response, Todd’s rep said Kyle needed a psychiatrist and medical care.

More Kyle Woe: Cops in South Carolina revealed there was a warrant out for Kyle’s arrest, posting on Facebook back in May 2014 that they were “requesting the public assistance” in tracking Kyle down after an alleged incident on February 24, 2013 in which he “struck his common law spouse, Angela Victoria Johnson, and threatened Johnson’s sister with a knife.” According to the police, “the altercation began when Johnson of staying out all night and not returning home until late in the morning.” 

Explosive Court Docs: RadarOnline.com readers know that Todd has been the subject of some serious claims. In the 2009 lawsuit filed against him (which was later settled), his employee Monica Tucker charged that on her first day of work, Chrisley “demanded to know the size of her boyfriend’s penis.” And later on her first day, the documents claimed, “…Mr. Chrisley began to discuss in graphic detail his sex life, including oral sex with his wife, and asked Ms. Tucker, who is Indian, about the size of Indian women’s vaginas. … Shortly after her first day, Mr. Chrisley asked Ms. Tucker in the presence of his son, if she would take his son’s virginity.
