The document stated that on July 28, 2013, Kyle’s girlfriend Alexus Whilby (now his wife) called cops to their Smyrna, Georgia, home and Kyle told the responding officer “he had smoked ‘crack’ the night before.” Todd soon arrived, the report claimed, because he had ordered Kyle to wear an ankle monitor which his son had torn off.
