Titanic Artifacts Recovered
1. This shows a menu given to first class passengers on the day of the sinking of the Titanic as part of an auction of Titanic memorabilia at Henry Aldridge and Son in Devizes, England to commemorate the centenary of the ships completion. The menu, kept by a prominent San Francisco banker, bears the date April 14, the day in 1912 that the reputedly unsinkable cruiser hit an iceberg and fell to the bottom of the Atlantic.

The ticket, which belonged to Reverend Stuart Holden, is on display at the exhibition "Titanic and Liverpool: The Untold Story," which marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the ship.
