The Best, Worst & Wackiest Dressed At the 2013 American Music Awards

Check out the best, worst and wackiest looks from the red carpet at the AMAs!

BEST: She says that her arrival on a white horse was a nod to Bianca Jagger’s dramatic entrance to New York’s legendary Studio 54 club. Standing on her own two feet Lady Gaga cuts an elegant figure in this lilac and bejeweled gown.

WORST: Everything’s right about Taylor Swift’s dress bar the triangular panel in the middle. It turns a fashion ‘do’ into a fashion ‘oh no.’

BEST: Quelle Surprise! Miley Cyrus looks stylish, sophisticated and chic in this white pants suit.

BEST: She’s not exactly roaring but Katy Perry looks elegant and girly with this polka dot, floral number.

WORST: Aside from Normani Kordei’s black, strapless jumpsuit, the ladies of Fifth Harmony look anything but harmonious in their hodge-podge outfits that range from the bizarre to eccentric.

BEST: Keltie Knight’s bold choice is wacky at first glance but it grows on you.

WORST: Zendaya’s willowy frame is swamped in this off the shoulder white dress, which makes her look like she’s playing dress up.

BEST: Eccentric met elegance when Ke$ha paired her multi-colored hair with a one shoulder ink-black, floor length gown.

WORST: Beautiful girl, terrible dress. Aluminum foil would look a lot more flattering on Emma Roberts.

BEST: Stylish at 16, Kylie Jenner wears her red carpet look well. Black pants, white crop top and a sliver of midriff makes her look young and sexy without being slutty.

BEST: Leather pants that look like they’re painted on and a studded jacket could only look good on rock goddess Joan Jett.

WACKIEST: From the top Heidi Klum’s Marchesa lacy dress looks like a spicy little number. Add the tassels on the bottom and it goes from saucy to overkill.

WACKIEST: Phoebe Price clearly missed the memo. Halloween was last month. This impression of worst-dressed-wedding-guest is so not the AMAs.

WORST: Disappointing and wrong are the two words to describe the outfits worn by Chilli and T-Boz from TLC. If Chilli covered up a bit more and T-Boz’s clothes were less tight they would have flattered their respective figures without looking slightly desperate to appear young and cool.

BEST: One word – sizzling. Naya Rivera looks hot in her black gown that – with a gapping flash of cleavage – could look slutty but doesn’t.

WORST: Va-va-va-don’t. Aubrey O’Day displays a little too much flesh in this vampy skintight dress.

BEST: Grey and black never looked so good. The guys from One Direction prove that color-coordination in a boy band doesn’t have to look geeky or gimmicky.

WORST: Marc Anthony’s tartan leather jacket is a fashion miss.

WORST: Just because you have a tiny frame doesn’t mean you should wear as little material as possible. Kendall Jenner would have looked a lot better if her outfit was about three sizes bigger.

WORST: The Fashion Police should take Giuliana Rancic away because her foil-meets-grandma’s lace dress is a no-no.

WACKIEST: R. Kelly’s stylist should have told him that there is something definitely wrong with his leather tunic dress, baggy pants and matching jacket.

WACKIEST: Oh Jennifer! Tangerine and hot pink do not look good on you, even if you try to distract us with a fancy cutout showing off your legs.

WORST: Lovely figure. Beautiful dress. Just wrong combination. Nicole Richie’s gown would look a lot sexier on a woman with a fuller figure.

WORST: This black and white mish-mash does nothing to flatter Zoe Saldana.

BEST: Canary yellow never looked so good. Sarah Silverman wows in this bold cocktail dress.

WACKIEST: It’s rare that this Fashion Police host makes a misstep but with her lilac hair and in this dowdy sparkly dress, Kelly Osbourne looks like Dame Edna Everage’s much younger and prettier sister.

BEST: This peek-a-boo lacy number looks very similar to a dress she wore earlier in the music award season but we’ll forgive Ciara because she clearly wears it well.

BEST: Geek chic suits Lance Bass.

BEST: There’s nothing DIrrty about Christina Aguilera’s stunning gown. With this ice white V-necked dress she looks reminiscent of a Hollywood screen icon and nothing like the risqué pop diva of yesteryear that caused a stir with her ass-less chaps.
