This Tuesday evening, the star was pictured having the time of her life at Eva Marcille's Urban Skin RX Valentine's Day Spa Party.
She looked stylish in an all-black look as she posed in front of a pink balloon wall. Estranged husband Joe's deportation drama seemed to be the last thing on her mind!
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Teresa consulted a divorce lawyer earlier this month when she got back home from Los Angeles.
"She is serious about divorcing Joe, and she wants to make sure she is taken care of when it happens," a source close to the star told RadarOnline.com.
Readers know Joe was thrown behind bars over mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud charges, and failure to file tax returns. He will be released this March — and deported to his native Italy. And while wife Teresa has stood by his side all along, she is no longer willing to uproot her life due to his bad decisions.

"Teresa talked to the lawyer about divorce. She wants to know all of her options for when she pulls the plug," the source confirmed to RadarOnline.com.
Joe is currently appealing his deportation, and an immigration judge will make a decision by March.
