Teresa Giudice has been partying in Mykonos, Greece after her husband Joe Giudice's devastating deportation blow.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 47, has posted some photos on Instagram.
It's shocking because as RadarOnline.com readers know, jailbird Joe's hope for remaining in the United States has been all but squashed.
This month, in Pennsylvania court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the U.S. Attorney General shut down Teresa's husband's deportation appeal — and demanded the felon be deported from the country!
But Teresa didn't seem to have a care in the world in the past few days as she shared how she's staying at a beautiful island hotel, clinking champagne glasses, and basking in her bikini!
Will her marriage to Joe, 47, soon be over?
He's been fighting tooth in nail to avoid deportation but has suffered three blows to his case.
The embattled reality TV husband remains in ICE custody at the Clinton County Correctional facility in Pennsylvania, which he entered after serving his three-year sentence on fraud charges.
The Giudice family patriarch's relatives in Italy have been quietly preparing for him to come to Europe once he is deported, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com last year.
But during her husband’s legal fight, Teresa has been spotted holding hands with boy toy Blake Schreck, 26.
Joe and Teresa have four daughters.
A source told RadarOnline.com she plans for file for divorce as soon as Joe is deported.
For now, though, Teresa appears to be living it up in Greece!

Teresa indulged on her trip. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Teresa and Joe's nightmare began when an immigration judge ruled in October 2018 that he be deported on the grounds that he committed an aggravated felony — which holds as the highest level crime in the U.S.

It was an island paradise for Teresa. But her husband Joe has argued that his crimes did not constitute an aggravated felony because Wells Fargo was not a victim, since they allegedly made loans amounting to “consumer fraud.”
