"She left early in the morning on Thanksgiving and missed dinner with her family," the source told RadarOnline.com. "She flew with the baby to get Ryan. They're back home now."
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in October, Ryan, 30, entered a treatment facility in Alabama. He missed the October 9 birth of his son Jagger with wife Mackenzie. Ryan's family confirmed he entered a 90-day treatment program after relapsing on an episode of Teen Mom OG.
The insider claimed they are living in her mother and father's basement, as Mackenzie wants to wait before finding a permanent home. "If he relapses again, she's going to file for divorce," the source said. "She's serious. She doesn't want to continue to be with someone who doesn't help himself."
Although Mackenzie claimed they were fired from Teen Mom OG, she has been featured on the current season. "They're unsure about if he'll actually film," the source alleged. "She wants their image to look better than what the show has portrayed in the past."

The drama started when Ryan was issued a citation in March 2017 for simple possession of heroin. Police confiscated 14 hypodermic needles, one of which contained heroin.
Ryan entered rehab after his May 2017 wedding where he was filmed falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words. He left treatment after just 21 days instead of 30.
He was later arrested in March 2018 for petition to revoke after failing a drug test in January 2018. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample. He was arrested again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge. He was sentenced in both cases.
