Teen Mom Makeover! Briana DeJesus Gets New Boobs, Butt, Lady Parts & More
She reveals the shocking reason why she needs an updated head-to-toe look.

Following in the footsteps of Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans, Briana DeJesus just became the latest Teen Mom to get plastic surgery, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
RadarOnline.com can report that the former 21-year-old Teen Mom 3 star traveled from Orlando, Florida down to Miami to visit Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka "Dr. Miami," to get a body overhaul on Jan. 17.
"She ended up getting bigger implants from 375cc to 650cc, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and a labiaplasty," a rep for DeJesus told RadarOnline.com. "Briana's surgery went well."

Prior to going under, DeJesus opened up about all of her expected procedures to RadarOnline.com. "I'm going to get another breast augmentation," she told RadarOnline.com. "I am going to go bigger. I had a breast augmentation done a few months ago. It's a C now. I like the size that they are, but I want to go bigger."

DeJesus also planned to enhance her bottom with a Brazilian butt lift. "That is taking fat from my stomach and back and putting it into my butt and thighs," she said. "I like my butt now, but I just want to have everything to be perfect.

She also had her lady parts tightened up with a labiaplasty, "where they take the extra skin from your private area and remove it," she said.
DeJesus said she was uncomfortable with how her body changed below the belt after giving birth to her daughter Nova, now 4. "It's like extra skin down there that I don't think is necessary, so I'm just going to snip it up and tie it up and have a cute vagina," she said. "When you get pregnant, your body changes. So I wanted to go back to my pre-pregnancy body."
According to DeJesus, she expected for these procedures to take several hours, but would be getting them all done at once. She will also be stuck in Miami recovering for two weeks under the care of her mother and aunt. In total, it will take about six weeks for the swelling to go down and the bruises to go away.

"It's kind of scary," she admitted. "I'm so nervous. Dr. Miami told me that when I wake up, I'm going to feel like a semi-truck ran over me a few times."
But DeJesus still decided to go through with the surgeries. "I have a nice body, but I just want it to be perfect," she said. "I want to have a nice body. I want to be a cool young mom."
RadarOnline.com can also reveal that following DeJesus' surgery, her sister Brittany, 23, went in to get a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction under her chin, around her waist and flanks and had a fat transfer to her boobs. "Dr. Miami said he was willing to do us both at the same time, so I said we might as well get it done together," DeJesus said. "We got pregnant together." She concluded, "I don't care what people have to say. I am doing this for myself to make myself happy."
