Catelynn & Tyler’s Clothing Company Shut Down After Failing To File Annual Paperwork
April 25 2019, Updated 1:04 p.m. ET
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra launched Tierra Reign, a children’s clothing company, in 2017. But like most Teen Mom ventures, it appears the company is now out of business.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Catelynn and Tyler have failed to file their annual statement two years in a row amid the website being shut down.
New Business
According to Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Tierra Reign, LLC was launched on February 28, 2017.
Hiding Something?
A clerk told RadarOnline.com that Tierra Reign “never updated their annual statements.” “They missed the 2018 and 2019 year,” the clerk said.
Saving Grace
Fortunately for Catelynn and Tyler, they do have a grace period.
Business Trouble
“They have until February 15, 2020 or the company will be placed in not good standing, indicating the company has lost its LLC status," the clerk said. "At that point, the name is available for anyone else to use.”
No Website
Although the business is still in good standing with the state of Michigan, have they abandoned it? The Tierra Reign website is no longer active.
Abandoned?

The last time the Tierra Reign social media accounts have been updated were in September 2018.
Out Of Business?
In February 2018, Tyler announced on social media that they are not taking orders on their website temporarily.
Supportive Spouse
“I am starting Cates Family Week Program at her facility & want to be completely in tune with the emotional intensity it will bring,” he tweeted amid his wife’s rehab stint for depression and suicidal thoughts. “I don’t want to be distracted/stressed about the company. HOWEVER @TierraReign opens back up on Feb 19th when I get back!”
No New Merchandise
But the site didn’t last for long, as customers complained around the 2018 holidays that the fall collection was still offered on the site with many sold out items.
Keeping Busy!
The couple has been busy in recent months. In September 2018, Catelynn announced her pregnancy with Tyler after suffering a miscarriage in 2017. In February 2019, they welcomed daughter Vaeda Luma to join 4-year-old Novalee Reign. Catelynn and Tyler placed their daughter Carly for adoption in 2009.
Failed Companies
Tierra Reign is one of the many failed Teen Mom OG businesses. As RadarOnline.com broke, Amber Portwood’s clothing business Forever Haute is in the process of being shut down by the state. The website has also been inactive. Farrah Abraham’s stores Furnished by Farrah, Sophia Laurent Children’s Boutique and Froco Fresh Frozen have all closed down.
