“I was really scared,” DeJesus told RadarOnline.com about Nova’s emergency dental surgery.
She posted photos of the little girl after she woke up from the medical procedure.
“She had to be put under sedation,” the MTV star said about her first-born.
Nova’s surgery was immediately followed little Stella’s own surgery, a stressful situation for the reality show mom, but she was thankful for the support she received during the operation.
“Everyone at the hospital and staff were great,” DeJesus told RadarOnline.com.
Nova bounced back immediately, her relieved mother told RadarOnline.com. “Nova is back to her normal self,” she said.
Showered with balloons and special treats, DeJesus said the little girl came through surgery with flying colors. “She’s perfectly fine like nothing happened," she explained.
DeJesus previously told RadarOnline.com that Nova’s father, Devion Austin, was present for his daughter’s surgery.
DeJesus sang Austini’s praises, saying, “He’s been good at being involved in Nova’s life lately and I’m happy he will be there for his daughter.”
