Christina, 33, has been dating Doug, 55, for the past month while she works out her divorce from Tarek El Moussa, 35. The Flip or Flop costars split in May 2016, and Tarek filed to end their marriage in January.
RadarOnline.com previously caught Doug cheating on Christina with Tracy Johnson-Diaz through steamy sexts, and now Tracy has a message for Christina!
"I'm speaking out because she needs to know what this guy is like," Tracy, 52, said. "He's dumped me, a woman in her 50s, for this pretty girl more than 20 years younger — who he first dated about 11 years ago!"
"He can be possessive and a control freak," she described. "He wanted to know if I was with anyone and he'd come to my house to spy on me. I'm sure Christina won't like that."

"For the last three years we were together five days a week," she added, noting that he would keep tabs on her when they were apart as well. "He'd cycle over and sometimes I'd see him peering through the window to see if I had anyone over. It's not really a creepy thing, it's like a possessive thing, just the way he is. He'd do that at all hours; I caught him there at midnight, eight in the morning."
"I know Christina really likes him," Tracy said of the HGTV star who hasn't dumped the disgraced car dealership manager despite RadarOnline.com's bombshell report that he was arrested for meth possession and violating a restraining order. "She lived with him about 11 years ago when she was in her early 20s, before she was anybody."
"She looks a lot different now to what she did back then," she added. "She's a lot prettier, but Doug dumped her back then, too."
"Ultimately he's quite a private guy," Tracy concluded. "Christina's world is not his world. He moaned to me about not liking the fame thing and about how he doesn't like Christina being constantly on her phone and updating social media."
"He'll break her heart, just like he has mine," she warned. "A leopard doesn't change its spots."
