Tarek recently turned his Instagram page into a shrine to his kids, but gave a special shoutout to Christina’s sister Carly.
He also posted an old photo of himself with Christina before a cancer treatment.
Tarek, 35, dedicated a love song to her on Instagram just a month ago — despite being estranged since May!
They also spent a family day together six weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Christina, 33, has posted photos promoting their show together.
She also claimed to “love” him just six weeks ago!
