1. BEST: Elisabeth Moss had us green with envy at the Season 4 premiere of Mad Men, wearing a stunning emerald Oscar de la Renta taffeta one-shoulder number with tan Christian Louboutins.

2. BEST: Jennifer Aniston showed off those flawless legs in an uber mini strapless from the Valentino Pre-Fall 2010 Collection at her perfume launch in London. She paired the fem nude number with matching Azzedine Alaia sandals.

3. BEST: Vanessa Hudgens looked beyond gorgeous at the Charlie St. Cloud premiere in Los Angeles, wearing a Reem Acra Spring 2010 mini, which featured an embellished halter straps . Paired with Jimmy Choos, a Ferragamo purse, and her hunky leading man, Zac Efron on her arm, the High School Music Star had all the girls jealous.

4. WORST: We weren’t Mad about Christina Hendricks Dolce & Gabbana lace mini, especially because she paired the high-necked frock with closed toe heels.

5. WORST: We loved Shenae Grimes’ peachy wrap dress, but black booties didn’t do anything to compliment the 90210 star’s summer look.

6. WORST: Kylie Minogue is famous for her edgy ensembles, but the Aussie pop star took it a little too far by over accessorizing this crafty cutout number.

7. WORST: Taylor Momsen in another not-so-sweet sixteen look!

8. BEST: We can’t get enough of Rachel Bilson’s laid back summer style. The OC star looked totally fab, jazzing up her fave cutoffs with brightly hued Lanvin Pom Pom sandals, a cropped blazer and a chic Chanel bag.

9. BEST: Bridget Moynahan rocked a flawless black dress with platform sandals, while out and about in NYC.

10. BEST: Sienna Miller was a total beach babe, wearing mix and match swimwear separates.

11. WORST: Kelly Osbourne is single and ready to mingle, but she may have trouble wooing the men if she keeps wearing ankle socks with penny loafers!

13. BEST: Naomi Watts had a little summer fun, adding a bowed belt to denim duds, while out and about in Los Angeles.

15. BEST: David Letterman is one lucky talk show host. Selena Gomez hit The Late Show in superior style, rocking a sassily striped sweetheart top with a high waisted skirt, finishing the look off with Christian Louboutin peep-toes.

16. WORST: Pharrell was clearly inspired by The Situation, during his Paleo Festival de Nylon performance in Switzerland.
