On the same day the investigation into the most despicable mass murder in U.S. history was closed, RadarOnline.com has learned the house of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock is up for sale. Paddock, 64, opened fire on innocent concert goers last Oct. from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino. When his rampage was over, 58 people were dead, and more than 200 injured. Now, nearly a year later, his house of horrors is on the market, for $449,000. Click through RadarOnline.com's exclusive gallery to see more of the sicko’s home.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is 2,018 square feet, and sits on a little over a quarter of an acre in Mesquite, Nev. The home is described on real estate website Trulia as having, “breathtaking views,” with a generous lot size that is “ready for pool or your own desert oasis in the making.”
“Upgraded modern granite kitchen counter tops, upgraded expresso color cabinets with hardware in kitchen, baths, and laundry room with sink.” Per Trulia
The master bath has a jetted soaker tub and shower with Rain Shower Head
The exterior of the home was just repainted in July.
Paddock was described as a reclusive, high-stakes gambler who spent more than $1 million in the year leading up to the shooting.
Officials called him an “unremarkable man” but admitted he had a “troubled mind.” Paddock bought his home in the 55-plus gated retired community in 2015. After investigators first searched the home, they discovered a cache of 19 guns, and pounds of explosives.
They say he was a resident. That’s a pretty loose term,” Mesquite Mayor Allan Litman said last year. “He was a nonentity as far as anyone knows in Mesquite. I’m not even sure his neighbors knew him.”
