Dressed all in black Belafonte was spotted entering the Serafina restaurant on Sunset Boulevard.
Mel B sought a restraining order against him and is now reportedly dating a cop.
The couple's former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, claimed in documents that the one time Spice Girl filmed her having sex with Belafonte in recent court papers.
Gilles also alleged she had multiple consensual sex sessions with Mel B while she worked with her.
A judge recently ordered that Mel B pay $40 k a month spousal support to Belafonte.

The judge allowed Mel B to stay in the couple's $8.9 million Hollywood Hills home placing a temporary restraining order stopping Belafonte from going there.
Stories also surfaced that Mel B and Belafonte invited Rita Ora to have a threesome with them but she declined the offer.
