On February 4, 2019, Robyn’s 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home was taken off the market. According to the real estate company, the home is currently in escrow. The real estate term means an offer has been accepted, but a third party has been hired to handle the property transaction.

Robyn listed her home for sale on January 17, 2019 for $619,900.

But the other wives haven’t been as lucky as Robyn. Christine’s Las Vegas home was the first to go on sale on July 11, 2018 for $675,000. The price was dropped to $649,000 on September 12, 2018. It was cut again on November 1, 2018 to $639,000. The final slash in price was made on January 16, 2019 for $614,900.

Janelle’s realtor role didn’t work in her favor when it came to selling her 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home. On January 23, she cut the price from $649,000 to $599,900. Her house, like Christine’s, remains on the market.

Meri’s 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home went on sale on January 17, 2019 for $599,900.

Kody purchased a plot of vacant land in Flagstaff, Arizona, which was split into four parcels on June 1, 2018. Kody and wife Janelle’s parcel of land cost $170,000 for 2.42 acres, while Kody and Robyn also put down $170,000 for 2.42 acres of land. The third parcel, which Kody shares with Meri, set them back $180,000 for 4.48 acres. Janelle is also listed on the property. As for Christine’s property, which Robyn is also listed on along with Kody, it cost $300,000 for 5.16 acres of land.

While homes are being built on the land, Kody bought a house with wife Christine on September 1, 2018 for $520,000. Robyn is renting a $1,225,859 home. She is paying $3,500 per month. Janelle is in a $374,000 rental. It is unclear where Meri is currently living.
