House Of Horrors! 'RHOA Star' Whitfield Has Mold At Chateau Sheree
Sheree Whitfield has spent nearly five years trying to complete the construction of her new home, Chateau Sheree, but RadarOnline.com has learned that the 46-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star has run into another major issue with her dream project.
RadarOnline.com first reported in December that one of Whitfield's contractors—Stoploss Specialists, Inc—filed a petition against her in court for unpaid bills after she hired them to "supply equipment, labor and/or materials for the improvement" of her home.
According to new court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Whitfield hired the contractor to take care of a moldy problem in the basement.
In the papers, a proposal reveals that the contractors were to "remove visible mold from basement drywall."
Whitfield also wanted the contractors to HEPA-vacuum the wall areas, treat the drywall with anti-microbial, and remove "non-cleanable drywall."

The papers said that "air scrubbers and dehumidifiers will be used in the remediation process," and "dehumidifiers will left in for a week after the job is complete."
Stoploss' complaint suggested that Whitfield "failed and refused to pay" the $15, 450 she owed after they completed their work.
They demanded that Whitfield pay them a total of $22,945.68, which included late fees and other charges on top of her outstanding bill.
When RadarOnline.com last checked, the case was still open in the Fulton County GA court system.
According to OKmagazine.com, Whitfield began construction on her home back in 2011.
But she recently revealed that she soon will be done completing her mansion.
