Selling Realtor Dustin Fealy revealed: “This is an amazing property which actually represents great value for money for the right buyer.

“We are getting interest from A-list stars, sports figures and business executives.

“Shaq loves the home and created it for his family and friends to enjoy in one of the best locations in Florida.

“This could well be his last Christmas at the home but his career has taken off in such a way that he is travelling a lot more now.

“However, he still has friends and family in Florida and he loves the state and will always retain a big interest here.

“The designer did a fantastic job on the property and with the stunning views and perfect climate we are also getting a lot of interest from wealthy buyers overseas.

“Over the years Shaq has entertained some of the biggest names in basketball and they have all enjoyed the NBA size court on the property.
