Shannon, 53, and David, 54, moved into a rental home in Corona Del Mar, California in 2016. The 1.2-acre home, which overlooks Newport Harbor, has been featured on the show.
According to Zillow, the home was sold for $20,000,000 on July 25, 2017. It had a monthly rent of $97,231.
In 2016, Beador opened up about renting the mansion. “We're renting a house right now,” she told The Daily Dish. “It's a great piece of property. It's a little dated, but we're having a great time there."
The mother-of-three announced her split from Beador in October. “After much thought and careful consideration, David and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” she told The Daily Dish. “We remain partners in parenthood and are committed to raising our three daughters. This is not the future we envisioned, and we kindly ask for privacy, especially for our children, during this transitional time.”
The news came two years after Shannon’s husband admitted to cheating on her. Although Shannon denied abuse, David served nine months in a batterer’s treatment program after he was arrested for spousal battery in 2003. She also hit him with a protection order during the court proceedings.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Shannon has been looking to move into a smaller home. “She is ready to start her new life and all the other O.C. ladies are 100 percent behind her,” the insider said.
