"The doctor took out every ounce of fat that he could … and he put it in my hips and my booty," the reality star told Life&Style.

The Bravo beauty, who makes her living as a publicist, shows off her figure in a blue-and-white bikini.

GG was seen here at KIIS FM's Jingle Ball last December with co-stars Mercedes Javid and Reza Farahan. Shahs Of Sunset is now in its fourth season.
