Selena Gomez is practicing 'self care' over the holidays.
The 26-year-old former Disney star was spotted out with a bodyguard and some friends going for a hike in the hills above Los Angeles.
She seemed in good spirits after her recent stay in rehab after she checked herself in to deal with mental health issues.
Gomez has suffered various health related issues and she must be looking forward to a healthier 2019.
Justin Bieber's former girlfriend looked healthy with her hair tied back as she walked with her entourage.
Some fellow hikers even stopped to give her a hug and wish her the best over the holidays.
The 'Back To You' singer appeared to be makeup free as she enjoyed the warm weather while strolling in nature.
It appears that her time in rehab has been a help to her. She been seen hiking and tubing with friends over the past few weeks.

Selena's friend was dressed in a grey shirt while her bodyguard supported her collection with a Puma hoodie.
One lucky older male hiker even received a hug from the famous singer.
