Their mom Kourtney Kardashian, 37, was out of town with her boyfriend Younes Bendjima, 25, celebrating his birthday.
The couple were spotted at Nobu restaurant with Penelope, Reign and Mason, in Malibu, all dining together.
Richie has been spending more time with the kids despite some reservations from Kourtney Kardashian.
She dressed casual for their date with Sofia donning a white sleeveless crop top for the outing with a pair of dark wash Daisy Dukes that showcased her lithe legs and some blue sunglasses.
