Defying Kourtney! Scott Disick Plays Daddy After Kardashian Puts Her Foot Down
March 17 2017, Updated 1:38 p.m. ET
Take that, Kourtney! Scott Disick was spotted meeting Kris Jenner at Nobu restaurant in Los Angeles on Thursday with kids Mason and Penelope, as well as Kim's daughter North, in tow — see the photos.
Scott Disick continues to wage war against his baby mama Kourtney Kardashian, rubbing his close relationship with Kris Jenner in his baby mama's face while on the family dinner date.
As RadarOnline.com reported earlier this month, the protective mother-of-three, 37, threatened her ex — who has been on a month-long boozy bender — by claiming she planned to go for full custody of their three children: Mason, 7, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 2.
But Disick, who has been spending plenty of time with his kids, isn’t taking her threats lying down, a source close to the Kardashian clan revealed.

"Kourtney and Scott had it out after she told him she was going after custody, and he told her that there is no way in hell that he would allow that to happen," the insider said.
The 34-year-old hard-partying father then allegedly called out Kardashian’s regular nights out.
“He told her that she was a drunk too, and the only difference between them is that she hides it well!” the source added.
Disick has vowed to stay close to the kids, despite their mother’s wishes.
“Scott will fight Kourtney to the bitter end if he has to, because there is just no way that he will let her do this,” the source explained. “He doesn’t think the kids are in any danger. He told her she can f*** off.”
