The actress looked thin as could be as she covered her body in a black turtleneck and jeans.
She shielded her gaunt face from the public as she locked up her car.
Her frail arm looked barely strong enough to tote her pricey Hermes bag.
Luckily, the restaurant was only steps away.
The 43-year-old actress wore a smart watch, which is able to track every calorie-burning step that she takes.
As RadarOnline.com reported, de Rossi has a history of suffering from eating disorders.
