Sarah Hyland was caught stepping out of her New York home this Sunday for the first time since her sudden hospitalization. The Modern Family star looked drained and disheveled, days after she was hospitalized for exhaustion.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the brunette beauty took to Instagram to share a scary photo of her puffy face following a tough work week.
“So here is my face that was torn from work against my will. But I’m very grateful it was. Health should always come first,” she captioned the snap.
Her health scare came months after the actress confessed to fans that she suffers from a debilitating kidney disease.
Last year, she admitted that she got a kidney transplant and had to remain on bed-rest for months to speed up her recovery.
It is unknown if her recent exhaustion crisis had anything to do with her disease.
As Hyland focuses on regaining her strength back home in NYC, former Bachelorette contestant and boyfriend Wells Adams sends her love and support from Los Angeles.
