Randall stepped out to run some errands in Beverly Hills, but if his shirt was any indicator, he did not want to be bothered!
"I don't hate people," it read, "I just feel better when they aren't around."
This sentiment may apply to paparazzi.
But he may also be referring to his former neighbors!
As RadarOnline.com reported, Randall was embroiled in a feud with his former neighbors in which he allegedly smeared poo on their door!
The authorities were asked to step in and deal with the matter.
