According to ABC News correspondent Matt Gutman, Brazilian authorities have obtained video of a brawl involving Ryan Lochte, Jack Conger, Gunnar Bentz and Jimmy Feigen with a gas station security guard.

A Brazilian police source told ABC that "one of the swimmers was seen on CCTV footage breaking down the door to the bathroom at the gas station and fighting with a security guard" that evening.

By Wednesday morning, a Brazilian judge issued an order to seize Lochte's passport after an investigation into his story proved to be questionable. Unfortunately, Lochte was long gone by then, landing back in the United States on Monday .

Meanwhile, Conger and Bentz were grounded in Brazil on Wednesday, after attempting to fly out of Rio de Janeiro airport. Feigen was also scheduled to depart on Wednesday, but never checked in for his flight.

On Thursday evening, the three remaining swimmers arrived back in the United States after talking with Brazilian police over the matter.

"This is a crime to the country of Brazil because false accusation of a crime is a crime," a police officer at the gas station told US Weekly of the incident. "I don't think the swimmers will be detained here because while this is a crime, it's the kind of crime you can just pay a fine for. I do not think Ryan Lochte needs to come back to Brazil."

Both Lochte and Feigen have maintained their innocence and stuck to their original mugging story, telling the San Antonio Express on Thursday, August 18, the same account as the first go-around.

But Lochte isn't out of the woods just yet.

One of the security guards who allegedly confronted the swimmer and his teammates revealed his side of the story this week, saying: "These guys came here causing trouble. . .but we did not touch them at all."

"There was never any physical contact," he continued. "I only showed my gun. . .I did not order them to lay down on the floor and the gun was certainly not pointed in anyone's face."
And of course, Lochte has yet to take down his initial Instagram post about the apparent robbery.
