Simmons, 60, has been undergoing treatments in Bali since leaving the United States over sexual abuse allegations.
The multi-millionaire has been taking part in a ‘Sunday Dance’ at the ‘Yoga Barn’ retreat in the town of Ubud.
Simmons was spotted dancing with locals and tourists as he tried to escape the pressures of the scandals that have engulfed him.

It has been reported that over 100 people take part in the event that sees them dancing wildly in a traditional Bali style hut to the beat of local drummers and a DJ.
Simmons has also been undergoing extensive meditation sessions at the special retreat as he attempts to cleanse his mind and lower stress levels.
One source revealed: “The ‘Sunday Dance’ is the highlight of the week for the yoga enthusiasts of Ubud and Simmons has been undergoing extensive meditation at the facility too.”
At least 11 women have come forward alleging sexual abuse by Simmons. The NYPD Police Dept launched an investigation into the business mogul.
