Months after the 18-year-old Chelsea left home and cut off communication with her adoptive mother, Rosie O'Donnell, the pair was seen at Fran Drescher's Cancer Schmancer Cabaret Cruise in New York City on Monday. According to insiders, they even performed a duet of the song "Alexander Hamilton" from the smash-hit Broadway play.

As RadarOnline.com reported, family drama was first thrust into the spotlight last August when Chelsea disappeared from Rosie's Nyack, NY, home for two weeks. She was later found with a man – and drug dealer – she met on Tinder, Steven M. Sheerer. Sheerer was later charged with endangering the welfare of a child because Chelsea was only 17 at the time of the incident.

"I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we'd go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that," she said, alleging that she's closer to her former nannies than she is to her adoptive mother.
