As RadarOnline.com reported, Ortiz-Magro, 33, filed a battery report against Harley, 31, after she allegedly threw a glass ashtray at him on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas.
“On January 3, 2019, a man came to an LVMPD substation to file a Battery Domestic Violence report against his girlfriend,” according to a statement from the Las Vegas Police Department. “According to the man, the alleged battery occurred on December 31, 2018 at approximately 11:43 p.m. inside of a business. This alleged battery is currently being investigated by detectives.”
Sources tell RadarOnline.com the pair, who are parents of 9-month-old daughter Ariana, got into a fight at the Hustler Club in Las Vegas. “They fight — a lot,” an insider confessed. “They have a very volatile relationship. It’s either great or the total opposite.”
Their growing feud kicked up a notch over the New Year’s holiday, after Ortiz-Magro was named a “person of interest” in a burglary case that took place at their shared home.
“On January 1, 2019 at approximately 2:15 a.m., LVMPD patrol officers responded to a residence…for a report of a possible burglary and destruction
of property,” according to an official release from the Vegas police. “Upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had an argument with her boyfriend at a club prior to her getting home.
The statement continued, “Officers observed that several items in the home were damaged including a television and picture frames. Officers could not locate any forced entry and it is unknown if the victim’s boyfriend is the suspect. This case remains under investigation.”
On June 7, the two were involved in a physical altercation over the death of her dog. Although Jen was wanted for domestic violence, Ronnie didn’t press charges. Jay Rivera of the Las Vegas Police Department told RadarOnline.com, “Police arrived on the scene and did determine that there was unlawful contact against the will of another, in this case, against Mr. Ortiz-Magro.”Jen denied hitting her boyfriend.
Then on June 24, Jen was then arrested for allegedly dragging Ronnie with her car. Their daughter was in the back seat at the time of the altercation. The domestic battery charges against her were dropped.
