A year and a half after Robin Williams' death, the late actor's luxurious Napa Valley Estate finally sold for $18.1 million — see inside.

Robin Williams' 640-acre property was sold on Monday after three years of bouncing around the market.

In 2012, two years before the comedian's passing, the home was originally listed at $35 million.

As an explanation for listing the estate, Williams said at the time that he was paying off his divorces.

"There are bills to pay. My life has downsized, in a good way. I'm selling the ranch up in Napa. I just can't afford it anymore — divorce is expensive," he told Parade Magazine at the time.

After months without success, the Good Will Hunting star pulled the property off the marked.

In April 2014, just three months before he died, Williams listed the home once more, this time at $29.9 million.

Following his passing, the price dropped even more on the property, to $25.9 million and again later at $22.9 million.

French winemakers Alfred and Melanie Tessero finally purchased the estate, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The large-scale home was first built for Williams in the early 2000s.

It features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
