Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson celebrated his 23rd birthday Wednesday with a little help from his friends, and RadarOnline.com has the party pics! On location in Canada to shoot the immensely anticipated Twilight sequel, New Moon, the black jacket-clad Pattinson was accompanied by cast-mates Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene, Jamie Bower and member's of the film crew to the Global Grill and Satay bar in Vancouver, BC. He arrived at around 9 p.m. and left about four hours later, covering his head from paps when he boarded his taxi. (Photos by Splash News)
