On Tuesday, Redmond was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department Pacific Division at 3 a.m., which was first reported by The Blast. Later, RadarOnline.com confirmed he'd been arrested for an alleged robbery.
Redmond, now 33, was taken to jail and was being held with a $50,000 bail but was still locked up, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com. According to The Blast, Redmond was kept in jail on a probation hold.
Ryan and Farrah's son has struggled with substance abuse issues since he was a teenager, and has reportedly completed multiple stints in rehab.
Redmond was arrested in 2008 for a DUI and drug possession, and his mother Fawcett died of cancer the following year. In 2011, he was arrested for heroin possession.
In Aug. 2011, Redmond pleaded no contest to felony drug and heroin possession in exchange for a year of in-patient treatment and five years of probation.

But the very next month, Redmond admitted to the use of methamphetamines in rehab, and his probation was revoked. In June 2014, his probation was revoked again because he had used drugs again. His probation was reinstated in Oct. 2014, only to be revoked again in May 2015 for another probation violation.
Redmond was sentenced to three years in state prison in 2015 for violating his probation.
However, in September 2016, as RadarOnline.com reported, Redmond was released from prison and spotted out and about in California. His late mother Fawcett, as RadarOnline.com had reported, left him $4.5 million in her will years earlier.
During Redmond's earlier legal woes, his father Ryan said, "He never recovered from the loss of his mother." Hollywood icon Fawcett died at age 62 in 2009. Ryan and Farrah had never married but raised Redmond together.
Redmond's half-sister Tatum said about him back in 2011, "He's an addict. Addicts keep using until they want to stop. We're praying for him every day." We pay for juicy info!
