Swedish-born Fox, 27, has described herself as a "science project," and proudly bragged she's the first person to have six ribs removed to achieve a 16-inch waist.
The former electrician from North Carolina has had some 200 operations, with four boob jobs, liposuction and a butt lift. She's completely rebuilt her face with nose, ear, lip and brow procedures, as well as surgically changed her eye color to "cartoon green."
But it's not all for public display. Pixee has even tortured her private parts with labiaplasty to alter the skin around her vagina! To pursue her "passion," she's happily jetted off to the ends of the Earth.
Foxx traveled to South Korea for jaw surgery that briefly left her unable to eat or speak, and to India for an iris implant — a procedure so controversial it's not even legal in America! But Fox insisted she's not a plastic surgery addict.
"I used to be against plastic surgery, but then I realized that the vision of myself in my head didn't match what I saw in the mirror," she said.
Although cosmetic surgeons are appalled by the dangerous rib removal procedure, which could cause Fox's spine to collapse, she's unconcerned. "My health is not an issue," she said. She's aiming for a 14-inch waist, and hopes to launch her own superhero franchise. "It's no longer about creating a certain look. It's about becoming a sculpture," she added.
