Caitlyn Jenner has nothing to hide! The reality star wore painted on jeans that left little to the imagination during a day out in Malibu over the weekend, just hours before RadarOnline.com would reveal that she’s completed gender reassignment surgery. Click through to see Jenner in her glory!
As RadarOnline.com reported, Jenner finally revealed the big news about her bottom surgery in her new tell-all, The Secrets of My Life, due out on April 25.
Jenner, 67, says she finally had the “Final Surgery” in January 2017, nearly two years after she publicly announced her identity as a trans woman in an explosive interview with Diane Sawyer.
“The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” she writes.
Jenner says she’s finally spilling her secret “so all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know.”
“I just want to have all the right parts,” Jenner says.

“I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time.”
Indeed, she looked comfortable and stylish in a pair of skin-tight jeans while running errands in Malibu.
One thing – or two! – that she WASN’T trying to hide were her giant breast implants.
Jenner says she underwent breast augmentation surgery on March 15, 2015.
“I am going to live authentically for the first time in my life,” she recalls thinking in the hours after the surgeries. “I am going to have an enthusiasm for life that I have not had in 39 years since the Olympics, almost two thirds of my life.”
