Orlando Bloom’s bachelor days are over!
The British star – who is currently engaged to Katy Perry – is selling his swanky Beverly Hills home for $9 million.
The pair announced their engagement via Instagram on February 15.
And now it appears as if they will be on the look out for their own home as they prepare for married life together.
The couple first started dating after the Golden Globes in January 2016 before splitting in 2017 and re-uniting in April last year.
Bloom was married to Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013 with the couple having a son Flynn, now 8-years-old.
Perry was married to British actor and comic Russell Brand from 2010 to 2011.

And now he has decided to list his super modern Beverly Hills home for $9 million as he looks to settle down. Celebrity realtor Jason Oppenheim of the Oppenheim Group is listing the property that Bloom helped to personally renovate.
