While Baio has vehemently denied Eggert's charges, she's stuck to her guns and was seen walking in Los Angeles on Friday during the controversy. Scroll down RadarOnline.com's gallery for more!
In the latest battle in their war, Eggert, 46, said on Friday, "I'd like to see him come clean for the sake of his daughter. Be a good parent." Baio, 57, was reportedly teary-eyed and speechless after her comments.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Eggert has claimed that that Baio "molested" her when she was 14. She alleged the abuse occurred on set and happened every week until she was 16.
Eggert was mobbed by photographers as she went for a walk on Friday. Previously, Baio had denied molesting her and called the former Baywatch babe a liar.
Baio said on GMA that he had "proof" that Eggert's accusations were made up. "I'm trying to figure out which time she's lying and which time she's not lying because the story seems to change quite a bit. I can't keep up with it quite honestly," he said.
While Eggert said she's sure she was underage when Baio allegedly molested her, the actor claimed that they had just one sexual encounter after the show had ended, when Eggert was already 18.
According to Baio, Eggert seduced him! She "aggressively sought him out because she wanted him to be her first, so that she would be good for her boyfriend…those were her words!" Baio said.
Eggert, perhaps inspired by the recent MeToo movement against Hollywood sexual harassment, started the scandal when she tweeted, "'Ask @scottbaio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep."
Since then, both stars have done interviews about the controversy and Baio denied molesting her in a wild Facebook Live chat taped by his wife, Renee Sloan. He revealed, "I remember her calling me and asking me to come over and coming in my house one time, and seducing me. Any normal heterosexual, red-blooded American guy, the outcome would have been the same." But Eggert is pursuing her claim. She's said she hasn't filed a report yet, but she has an appointment to talk to police about Baio.
