After Cuoco, 28, married professional tennis player Sweeting, 26, in a New Years Eve wedding, the duo bought a new nest together, and Kaley listed her former bachelorette pad in March 2014. She found a buyer willing to pay slightly less than her asking price of $2,795,000, real estate records revealed, and the deal closed on May 19.
