Jenelle Evans' Son Inspected By CPS Officials During Her Caribbean Trip
Jenelle Evans is on an exotic vacation with her new boyfriend, David Eason. But in the midst of their getaway earlier this week, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Evans' ex-fiancé freaked out and called CPS on her because he claimed he wasn't informed that she would be going out of the country without their child.
"Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle," a source close to Evans told Radar.
And so, "They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine," the source claimed.
Kaiser was staying temporarily with Evans' friend Tori Rhyne. When Rhyne told the cops Griffith doesn't have custody, "They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!'" the source said. "They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left."
CPS then got in touch with Evans, who was on St. Thomas. "Jenelle didn't speak to the cops, she just spoke to CPS," the source said.
"CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine," the source claimed.
But the insider said this was just the latest instance of custody issues between the pair. According to the source, "he took Kaiser to Boston last weekend and no one told Jenelle."
Evans has full custody but she allows Griffith visits.
Now, they are fighting over how to co-parent. "Since the Boston trip, Jenelle told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation," the source said.
In the meantime, "Kaiser is now with Jenelle's mom," the source explained. "And Jenelle and David are having a blast on vacation."
