“I received my child and he has marks all over him,” Griffith said in the 911 call obtained from Columbus County Emergency Services in North Carolina. “I have pictures from the day I picked him up from yesterday… there is bruising now.”
He explained how he found the bruises when he was wiping his butt. “That’s when we saw the marks,” he said. “We asked him about it and he said David hit him with a stick.” David Eason is Evans’ husband, who she married in September 2017.
Griffith explained how he called authorities on Friday, June 29 when he picked up his son from Evans between 7:00 and 7:30, but the police, magistrate and Child Protective Services never called him back.

“It’s fair bruising now,” he said. “Nobody is taking it seriously. He’s four! The sheriff told me if it’s a form of punishment it’s okay. This is not okay!”
He ended the call with, “I’m freaking out right now because I’m supposed to be dropping him off at 5 and I don’t want to give him back.”
The Instagram account deadbeatmom_Jenelle, who was the first to report on the situation, posted a video of Griffith asking his son, “Who put the marks on your butt?” The 4-year-old responded, “David,” who is Evans’ husband.” Multiple sources confirmed the situation to RadarOnline.com.
Evans told RadarOnline.com exclusively of the situation, “I’m not okay. Everyone else in the house is fine.”
The custody drama began in September 2017 when Griffith’s mom Doris Davidson, who has custody of Kaiser for her son, filed an emergency request for full custody of the little one. She accused Evans of testing positive for marijuana at the time of her daughter Ensley’s birth. She also accused Evans and Eason of neglect and abuse. We pay for juicy info!
