Although the couple had a prenup, they still weren't divorced by May 2012. Kardashian's lawyer blamed Humphries's "personal feelings" for keeping the divorce proceedings going, while his lawyers fought back by blaming Kardashian and her team for being "uncooperative." Bethenny Frankel is still not divorced after filing in 2013. While in court, Frankel explained how living with Jason Hoppy following their split was "brutal, horrendous, excruciating." Although they reached a custody agreement, the two are still arguing over Frankel's $5 million Tribeca apartment, which Hoppy has been living in.
