Kentucky police release graphic photos – seen in a special on 20/20 – inside the crime scene of 29-year-old Ryan Poston's apartment, where the attorney was shot six times by the jealous ex he dumped for Miss Ohio 2012, Audrey Bolte.
In April, Shayna Hubers, 24, was convicted of murder in the killing of her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Ryan Poston.
Though Hubers never denied shooting the lawyer six times while in his Highland Heights condominium, the once honor student claimed she acted in self-defense.
The jury disagreed, however, ruling that the twenty-something had killed her former flame in a jealous rage.

Lt. David Fornash Jr. was the first-responder on that fateful night in 2012, discovering Poston's motionless body after Hubers called 911 in a panic.
After sweeping the apartment, Fornash drew his service weapon on Hubers, then 21, as another officer handcuffed her.
In custody, Hubers made a series of shocking statements, admitting that she gave Poston the "nose job he wanted" and other admissions without even being questioned.
The night before his murder, Poston confided in his father that he was going to end things with Hubers and had planned a date with Miss Ohio 2012 Audrey Bolte.
Bolte told police that she had been looking forward to the date and was disappointed when Poston never made it. As for Hubers, the 24-year-old is expected to learn her sentence on June 15. She could face life in prison.
