For her mother Tish's 47th birthday, the 22-year-old pop star has spared no expense, dropping $5 million on a 6,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath equestrian estate, and RadarOnline.com has all the details.
Cyrus' purchase made waves in the real estate press, but "Miley's mom doesn't fully understand that the estate is for her!" a source told Radar.
She'll likely find out by May 17, her big day.
Notable neighbors include Drake, and Jennifer Lopez, who owns a 17,000 square foot home nearby.
It's also just down the road from Miley's own house.
The exposed beam ceilings give the place a touch of country.
Miley loves the property so much, she could move in there too, according to the source.

Nashville or L.A.? The lush landscaping will give the Cyrus family a feel for their country roots.
