Everyone wants to make sure that their mother feels special on their birthday, but Miley Cyrus has taken gift giving to a whole new level! For her mother Tish's 47th birthday, the 22-year-old pop star has spared no expense, dropping $5 million on a 6,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath equestrian estate, and RadarOnline.com has all the details.
Cyrus' purchase made waves in the real estate press, but "Miley's mom doesn't fully understand that the estate is for her!" a source told Radar.
She'll likely find out by May 17, her big day.
Notable neighbors include Drake, and Jennifer Lopez, who owns a 17,000 square foot home nearby.
It's also just down the road from Miley's own house.
The exposed beam ceilings give the place a touch of country.
Miley loves the property so much, she could move in there too, according to the source.
“It has everything that Tish could want," the source said.
Guests will be able to sip on wines from the 1,000 bottle, climate-controlled wine cellar.
There's also a pre-planted 550-vine vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
They can nosh on veggies from the onsite vegetable garden.
Nashville or L.A.? The lush landscaping will give the Cyrus family a feel for their country roots.
