The 44-year-old actress stepped out on the red carpet to promote her latest blockbuster Spy, but the attention was quickly turned to her obvious weight loss.
The comedienne donned a long-sleeved, polka-dot gown that complimented her complexion perfectly.
The actress was also joined by A-list costars including action star hunk Jason Statham.
Bridesmaids costar Rose Byrne got chummy with McCarthy as they posed for cameras.
While McCarthy has been subject to criticism over her weight in the past, she's never let it get her down.
In fact, the star recently confronted one critic who once called her "hideous" in a film review.
McCarthy reminded the writer that reviews should consist of critiques on her performance, and gave him a taste of his own medicine when she asked how his daughters would feel if someone called them hideous.

McCarthy certainly has worked off some weight! The results of her slim-down are clear from this "before" photo.
