Former Friends star Matthew Perry looked rough around the edges in New York City on Sunday. The actor best known to fans as Chandler appeared to be a far cry from his TV titan days as he walked around the streets. Click on RadarOnline.com's gallery for more on his scruffy day out.
Perry, 47, who was previously treated for drug and alcohol addiction, looked down and out in New York. A mystery blonde was by his side for part of the day.
Was it the ex-Friends star – or a hobo? Perry shuffled along, wearing a casual ensemble of black jacket, T-shirt and jeans, and tennis shoes without laces for his New York outing.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, it's not the first time Perry has looked rough. Last year, he made a bizarre appearance on Seth Myer's Late Night show, slurring his words and seeming bleary-eyed.

Last year in London, Perry also looked bloated and tired during a career slump for the actor who alongside such Friends co-stars as Jennifer Aniston, once ruled the TV world.
RadarOnline.com learned that Perry has seemingly abandoned his passion project, sober living home The Perry House, amid his recent career slide.
Perry hasn't looked like himself lately. He's had many bad hair days, as RadarOnline.com has previously reported.
The TV icon recently played Ted Kennedy in a Reelz drama. Did the part hit too close to home for Perry, who has admitted to previous problems with alcohol?
In 2015, Perry told the Hollywood Reporter about his struggle with alcoholism, saying, "I'm an award-winning alcoholic." He also told BBC Radio 2 in Britain that he found himself unable to recall his least favorite episode of Friends due to his admitted substance abuse at the time.
