But how did the mother of four-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, with estranged ex Nick Cannon, 35, lose so much weight so quickly? "The conventional way of course," the Carey insider told Radar. "Dieting and Coolsculpting!"

"It is definitely possible that Coolsculpting has helped Mariah to narrow her waist and give her a leaner figure. All without scars or surgery," celebrity plastic surgeon Tony Youn, M.D. – who has not treated Carey – told Radar.

"To me it looks like she's had a abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck with liposuction to narrow her waist," said Dr. Evans, who has also not treated Carey.
