In a new Bravo video special, de Lesseps gave a tour of her one-bedroom penthouse, located in Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Luann's new husband shelled out a whopping $1.5 million in 2011 for the 20th floor pad.
The reality star led viewers to terrace, which is both "unusual" and "very special," according to LuAnn.
